  Ernesto Hernandez MRCVS

  Veterinary Surgeon

  Ernesto graduated from Madrid, Spain in 2001 and joined Pet Doctors in 2008. He is studying towards a Certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice & has a special interest in dentistry. Having had dogs and cats in the past, he is currently dealing with 3 children under 5! He enjoys spending time with the family and friends, going out for long walks and tropical fish keeping.

  Melanie Henry RVN

  Registered Veterinary Nurse

  Mel qualified in 1993 & joined the team in 2009. She enjoys running our Nurse Clinics, and has helped numerous portly pets shed the pounds at our weight management clinics! She has had lots of experience with farm animals in the past, and would love another dog in the future! When not at work she is a full time mum and enjoys listening to music, baking and reading a good book!

  Nicky Nurse BSc (Hons) RVN, VPAC

  Registered Veterinary Nurse

  Nicky qualified from Bristol University in 2009 and joined the Pet Doctors team in 2010. As well as nursing, Nicky loves drawing and has designed many of the characters you will see on our waiting room walls! She hopes to gain further qualifications in Surgical Nursing in the future. In her spare time she is kept busy with her two naughty Shetland ponies and pair of gerbils. She loves horse riding and hopes to begin showing again one day!

  Student Veterinary Nurse

  Danielle began her training with the clinic in 2011. She has aspirations to become a Theatre Nurse when she qualifes and enjoys helping out with our surgical patients. When she isn't studying she loves reading & shopping, and also has a variety of pets including a little cat she adopted from the clinic.

  Hayley Harvey ANA

  Receptionist

  Hayley joined the team in 2008, having previously gained lots of experience in veterinary clinics and completing her Animal Nursing Assistant qualification. As well as taking charge of our busy reception area, Hayley enjoys helping out with the patients whenever she can! She enjoys spending her spare time with her 2 young sons. She also owns a hansome black labrador, who loves coming into the clinic with her and helping teach the students!
