Regular puppy parties – ask at reception for details of next party. We hold puppy parties for fully vaccinated puppies, these are fun sessions that educate you and your puppy in social skills for producing healthy happy dogs.

Cats Corner and Stress free visits:

At Pet Doctors Felpham we try to make your pets visits as stress free as possible. We have a Cats Corner where cats and small furries can sit out of the way of dogs. There are covers provided for your cage as covering them up also helps keep them relaxed.

In our waiting room we have FELIWAY and ADAPTIL diffusers plugged in, these release a calming pheremone for both cats and dogs. For more details on this and how to purchase ask a member of the team at the clinic.

Repeat Prescriptions:

We can issue repeat prescriptions on request for pets that are under our care. Please allow 24-hours notice for repeat prescriptions.  We will dispense medications for a maximum of 3 month’s treatment only.  It is in the interest of patients that they attend for re-examination, normally every 6 months but this may vary with individual circumstances. Timescales for re-examinations and repeat prescriptions are at the discretion of the veterinary surgeon of which the animal is under the care of.

Fees & Payments:

A list of fees is available on request.  Wherever possible we try to give written estimates for all operations and other major procedures. Ask about how to save £££'s on all your vets bills with Healthy Pets Club.

 Please note that a consultation fee is payable each time we see a patient.

Payment is required at the end of each consultation or when the patient is discharged after operations or hospitalisation. If you have difficulty in paying your bill please speak to a member of the team.

We accept payment by cash, debit card, and most major credit cards.

OUT OF HOURS ARRANGEMENTS

We understand how important it is that the quality of care isn't compromised after hours and overnight, so we use a dedicated emergency team in Grove Lodge who are on hand at all times when the Felpham clinic is closed. This provides the best possible care for your pet in an emergencyas they remain in their hospital 24 hours a day.
