Nurses may refer patients to the veterinary surgeon to discuss any matters highlighted in the clinic. A consultation fee will then be payable

Repeat Prescriptions:

We can issue repeat prescriptions on request for pets that are under our care. Please allow 24-hours notice for repeat prescriptions.  We will dispense medications for a maximum of 3 month’s treatment only.  All patients MUST attend for re-examination, normally every 6 months but this may vary with individual circumstances.

If you prefer, we can supply a written prescription for you to purchase the drugs elsewhere. There is a prescription charge for this service and check up examinations are charged at the normal consultation rate. We still require 24 hours notice for this service.

No additional charge is made when we examine your pet at the time of vaccination.

Payment:

Please note that a consultation fee is payable each time we see a patient.

Payment is required at the end of each consultation or when the patient is discharged after operations or hospitalisation.

We accept payment by cash, debit card, and most major credit cards.
