• At weekends and certain other times, telephone calls to some veterinary clinics may be answered at another branch. Please ensure that the location of any planned visit is confirmed before making a journey.

• If you need to contact a vet out of normal office hours, ring your local veterinary clinic and listen to the recorded message for details of the duty service.
