Sea Selsey Fun Dog Show - 4th July 2009

A team of staff from our Selsey and Chichester clinics were in action on a gloriously sunny day on Saturday 4th July 2009 at Sea Selsey.

Our team comprised of (from L to R) Helen Donald (veterinary surgeon), Ryan Mariner (trainee veterinary care assistant) and Alison Smith (trainee veterinary nurse) and Becky Ford and Lia Mariner (veterinary nurses).

Sea Selsey is an all day event organised by local businesses and packs in plenty to do for all the family.

The Pet Doctors team organised a Fun Dog Show.  There were five classes:

    * Prettiest Bitch
    * Handsomest Dog
    * Best Rescue
    * Scruffiest Hairdo
    * Dog That Looks Most Like Its Owner

Winners from each class were then entered into the Best in Show competition.

All winners received a rosette, certificate and small gift for their dog and the Best in Show winner also received a doggy hamper.

The winners were:

Prettiest Bitch:  EBONY

Handsomest Dog:  FLINT

Scruffiest Hairdo:  OSCAR

Dog that looks most like its owner:  TUCK

Best Rescue & Best in Show:  HEX
