Wasp Sting

Q.    If my dog got stung by a wasp whilst we are out, what should I do?

A.    Stay calm and call your local veterinary clinic. If your pet is showing any signs of difficulty with breathing please make the staff at the clinic aware of this. Depending on the area that has been stung it is likely that your pet will be given an antihistamine injection to reduce the swelling from the sting.
